If you’re feeling uncertain, anxious, angry, confused, etc., no one can blame you. So much feels out of control for many of us, and it’s challenging to feel any sense of justice or optimism for what’s to come. Especially when it comes to money, right?
Despite that, there are some ways to get a piece of peace of mind and some justice to boot. I want to go over two ways to feel a sense of justice and help with money worries. Let’s get into it.
Class Actions
Don't just get mad. Get cash compensation. A free source of actively ongoing class action and mass tort (large number of individual claims) lawsuits.

Forgotten/Missing Money
Did you know that several states (and provinces in Canada) are still holding money that you may have forgotten about or didn’t realize you were owed?
For example, an apartment I used to live in won a lawsuit after I moved out, and because the suit happened when I lived there, I was owed money as well. Same thing with a P.O. box I had around that time too.
It’s as simple as putting in names you are known by and cross checking to see if you have money coming to you. Just beware that if you have a fairly common name, it may take you more time to find your treasure.
Recover Missing Money
unclaimed.org
Search state by state for money you may not know you are owed. This site seems to let you search internationally. Reunite with your money and check out this site.
missingmoney.org
Like unclaimed.org, this is another site to find money you didn't know about, both in the US and Canada.
